Innovative institutions need to first be authorized by the Ministry of Education. Next, instead of the national K-12 curriculum, innovative institutions run their own school-based curriculums.

GIA aims to unlock one’s full potential, build an English knowledge base, and develop discipline. With the guidance of our group of mentors, our pupils will not only study academic subjects but also play music and take part in sports in a bilingual environment. We firmly believe that our mission is to build a bridge for children to join the global village.

All children who are eligible to enroll in a local elementary or junior high school, or who are already currently enrolled in one, can be enrolled at GIA.

GIA has met all the governmental regulations for applying schools and is approved by both the Ministry of Education and the New Taipei City Education Bureau.

As per the government’s innovative education regulations, to ensure student rights, a designated public school nearby will issue student IDs for our students in case the institution is forced to close.

The designated public school will issue the graduation certificate.

Interviews are available upon request. Please call us at 02-2212-2127. Please bring all the required documents with you to the interview. The results of the interview will be sent once the admission committee makes a decision.

There will be no more than 25 students in each class and the total number at GIA will not exceed 250.

Students can always transfer to a normal elementary school if they decide to withdraw from our innovative education. GIA would offer all the necessary help to ensure a smooth transition without the loss of learning quality.

There is a wide range of after school options available, including tutoring classes, lectures, movie time, competitions, counseling, and clubs in which we seek to foster soft skills, such as respect, teamwork, and time management.

Although GIA and Chi Jen High School share the same campus, we have our own independent curriculum and finances.

With the help of our specialized counselors, GIA graduates can continue their high school education both in Taiwan and overseas just like any other public school student.
